Charmain Roy has a two bedroom suite for rent, just don't expect to be able to move in. According to Charmain, its a crime scene because a previous tenant had committed suicide. That is the story she told some people, others were told that the tenant had the H1N1 virus. At least 25 people were ripped off after she had collected between $400 and $800 deposit. Single mothers, students and anybody else in need of accommodation was fair game. This is yet another example of the decline of humanity. You make us all sick.
