Description: Pedro Antonio Seron (aka Pierre A. Seron) is a real estate broker in Miami (Lic. #BK510416). I met him when he was living in St. Petersburg, FL. After cleverly insinuating himself into my life with his charm, flattery, lies and half-truths (designed to gain my trust and affection) he proceeded to tell me about the dire financial situation he was in and begged me to loan him some money--just to tide him over until he could sell the two houses he owned. Since he was a real estate agent and I knew he owned the houses, I believed that the Promissory Notes and Mortgage Deeds he drew up, signed and gave to me using the houses as collateral were legitimate documents, and by providing me with these documents and constant reassurance, he convinced me that I would get all my money back as soon as the houses were sold. I didn't realize what a con-man Pedro was, and what an underhanded scheme he was pulling on me, until after he'd managed to borrow over $18,000. The documents were fraudulent and worthless, and I'm sure he knew that when he gave them to me. Both of the houses went into foreclosure, then Pedro filed bankruptcy and moved away to Miami. He has been hiding from me for many years, but thanks to the internet I recently located him. I found out he now owns ten real estate properties in Miami, as well as two companies; MLXGLOBAL.COM and WTF TRUST ESTATE-FL-L.L.C. (formerly WORLD TRUST FINANCIAL CORP). It appears his businesses are prosperous and he has completely recovered financially. He goes on vacations and cruises and seems to be enjoying life to the fullest. Its evident that he can now well afford to pay me back all the money he borrowed, but he won't. He refuses to even communicate with me; returns my letters marked "NOT HERE", and ignores my phone calls and emails. He'd rather forget all about me and the money I loaned him when he was desperate and begging for my help. Pedro Antonio Seron is an unscrupulous liar and manipulator. He has no morals and no conscience. Its obvious he has no intentions of ever paying me back the money he borrowed, therefore, he STOLE it from me. Meanwhile he's going about his nice happy life pretending to be an ethical businessman, and I'm sure he has many people fooled. God said "Thou Shalt Not Steal". Pedro Antonio Seron stole my life savings from me. I hope he goes to HELL for it.
