He made appointment telling me he had been to me when I was at another address. He NEVER asked price and I made the mistake of not telling him. He parked near my building and I went outside to get him. My perception of him was that he was controlling in a nice sort of way. He immediately started talking about his “meditation group.” [sidebar: He never left the sixties and still has the same clothes and headband to prove it. He is about 70 years old] He then gives me this line about being retired and that he gets a “good vibe” from me and “we can work together.” He of course can’t pay my price and I do lower it a bit. He wants lower and I just walked away from him back to my apt and he leaves. He certainly will be calling others.
